Post-Natal Yoga

Our Postnatal Yoga class is designed to help new mothers restore strength, flexibility, and balance after childbirth. Through gentle stretches, core strengthening exercises, and mindful breathing, this class supports recovery, improves posture, and promotes relaxation. It's a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your body, alleviate tension, and find a sense of calm while bonding with other new moms in a supportive environment. All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga for all ages

 Private yoga lessons will give you a crash course on the basics of yoga, which will give you the foundation necessary.

With the many types of yoga available, we will be able to provide recommendations on what types of yoga works best for you in a safe and inspiring environment.

Join us to connect with your body, calm your mind, and prepare for the journey of childbirth in a supportive, nurturing environment. All levels are welcome.
